We hope this website will grow as the club grows. The goal is to provide you with an abundance of knowledge that will help with your endurance activities. The PURPOSE of Team MMS is to INTRODUCE beginners to the multisport lifestyle via group training sessions and sharing of information and experiences. We INFORM those already participating in various athletic events on ways to improve or grow in the sport through better training, nutrition, and coaching. And we INSPIRE competitive athletes to dream bigger and achieve more than they once thought possible. We want YOU on our TEAM!
